Using unsupported headphones

SoundID supports a number of headphones, however, not all the headphones that users may own have been listed just yet. This feature allows you to use SoundID even if your headphones are not on the list.

To select your headphones:

  1. Launch the SoundID app
  2. Log into your account
  3. Go to the Devices tab
  4. Click on the headphone icon in the right corner
  5. Click on the + Add button in the right corner
  6. Click on the + Add manually button
  7. Select your headphone type and continue

 

 

 

 




With the headphones selected, SoundID will allow you to proceed with the A/B sound comparison test, hearing balance assessment, and further customization options built into the app.
