[Android] How to clear app cache/data

If you're having issues with the SoundID app on your Android device, we recommend clearing app cache and data to reset the app to its default state. 

How to clear app cache and data on your Android device

1. Open Settings > Apps
2. Find and select the SoundID app
3. Tap Storage
4. Tap Clear Cache to clear the app cache. Tap Clear Data to erase the data associated with the app
   
   

If you have the application on your Home screen

1. Tap and hold the SoundID app icon
2. Tap on the (i) icon or select the App information option from the pop-up menu
3. Tap Storage
4. Tap Clear Cache to clear the app cache. Tap Clear Data to erase the data associated with the app
