Here's how to perform the action your Android device
- Open Settings > Apps
- Find and select the SoundID app
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Cache to clear the app cache. Tap Clear Data to erase the data associated with the app
If you have the application on your Home screen
- Tap and hold the SoundID app icon
- Tap on the (i) icon or select the App information option from the pop-up menu
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Cache to clear the app cache. Tap Clear Data to erase the data associated with the app
