Thanks for submitting a post, and our apologies for the delayed attention to this from our side!
Your output preset will save the filter type you have selected for it the next time you plug in your headphones. When you unplug your headphones and if a different output preset is being used, the filter type will be set to the filter type that has been selected for that output.
