Every time I install an update to SoundID it forgets which presets I have set up for each of my audio outputs. Please make it so that the existing settings are preserved. I use SoundID as a plug-in in Audio Hijack to route the output of Logic Pro to several sets of monitors and headphones, each with a separate profile, and it takes me several minutes to restore everything after an update.

Sorry to hear you are encountering this issue, I can definitely see how it can be inconvenient to have to re-do these settings after an update. The preset settings should actually save between updates, so I have created a support ticket with you to investigate this closer.
